21st January, 2018. The Board of Directors of BENWISE held a meeting at Methodist Church premises, D/Line, Port harcourt and the meeting agenda on 4 key areas:- 1. Chatting the year forward in 2018. A lot was discussed about the previous business years and suggestions was dully considered and approved on the need to move forward with a more better approaches. 2. How to approach and win better, bigger and giant projects and percentage/allowance for Board members. 3. Decision was also reached on times of monthly meetings. 4. The inclusion of a new Director to replace our Late. Director Deacon Mfon Benson Ndah with his child to replace him And the inclusion of Blessing Benson Mfon as the company secretary to the board of BENWISE TECHNICAL SERVICES LTD.
